6/3/21 by Mark Hale: The Justice Department launched a federal investigation into a consulting firm connected with Hunter Biden for allegedly illegally lobbying a Ukrainian energy company, Politico reported.
Blue Star Strategies provided services to the Ukrainian energy company Burisma while then Vice President Biden’s son Hunter Biden was a member of its board.
Blue Star has come under fire… for corruption by Ukrainian authorities. No federal lobbying databases show record of Blue Star’s work for Burisma as it was not disclosed, a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which mandates Americans release information related to their lobbying work for foreign officials and political parties. It began dealings with Burisma Holdings, whose founder was accused of corruption by the then U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, in November 2015.
Biden pushed to have the prosecutor investigating Burisma fired in 2015, during his tenure as Ukraine point man for the Obama administration. Critics alleged that Biden pushed for the firing to protect Hunter’s interests, since he was then serving on the company’s board.

5/27/21 by Mark Hale: Joe Biden, as vice president, reportedly met his son’s business partners from Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan in Washington, DC, over dinner in 2015. . .
Citing information obtained from the “laptop from hell” allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the Post reported Wednesday: The dinner, on April 16, 2015, was held in the private “Garden Room” at Café Milano, a Georgetown institution whose catchphrase is: “Where the world’s most powerful people go.” The next day, Hunter received an email from Vadym Pozharskyi, executive of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, to thank him for introducing him to his father.
The guest list prepared by Hunter three weeks before the Café Milano dinner included Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, corrupt former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, who since has died. Baturina wired $3.5 million on Feb. 14, 2014, to Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC, a Delaware-based investment firm co-founded by Hunter and Devon Archer, a former adviser to Secretary of State John Kerry. Joe Biden met with Ukrainian, Russian and Kazakhstani business associates of his son’s at a dinner in Washington, DC, while he was vice president, records on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop show. . . At the time, Burisma was paying Hunter $83,333 a month to sit on its board. . .

12/10/2020: By Jordan Davidson: The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway says big tech and mainstream media conspired to shield voters from Joe Biden’s family corruption.
“Nobody meddled in the 2020 election like a big media and big tech, and both of those things you saw with the Hunter Biden story,” Hemingway told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham on 12/9/20.
The media and the Biden-Harris transition team admitted on Wednesday that Biden’s son Hunter is under ongoing tax investigation by the Justice Department, but we actually knew that back in October and we knew that not just because it was reported that he was under investigation but we had that laptop,” Hemingway said. “We had the New York Post’s stories going into this. We had an eyewitness, somebody who was involved in the Biden family business saying there was what looked like a money laundering situation and at no point did anyone in the media cover it.”
“[The media] were intentionally suppressing it because they didn’t want any negative information to come out about their candidates, knowing that would hurt his election chances,” Hemingway continued. “In addition to that, big tech willfully suppressed the story. Remember, Facebook said ‘We are not going to let anyone talk about this.’ Twitter banned links to stories about it. It’s so terrifying to think in this country we could have such a corrupt media and such censorship from big tech.”
12/11/20: By John Solomon: Initially, Democrats said the laptop was Russian disinformation. However, the nation's top intelligence official, John Ratcliffe, then said there is no evidence it was foreign disinformation. Federal investigators treated the laptop to investigate tax and money laundering. Hunter Biden has been subpoenaed by federal investigators over his involvement with at least 24 entities, including Burisma.
Democrats tried to impeach Trump on allegations he abused power by asking Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden's hiring by Burisma and Joe Biden's effort to force the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the company (the prosecutor claims he was fired because he would not stop investigating Burisma and planned to call Hunter Biden as a witness). If Burisma payments to Hunter Biden involved belated tax payments, as the email suggests, it would give ammunition to Trump's supporters that his request for an investigation was warranted.
The January 2017 email suggests Hunter Biden made $833,614 to more than $2.5 million a year in the second term of the Obama-Biden administration as he and his partners pursued global business deals in Ukraine, Russia, China and other foreign countries.
State Department officials testified recently to the Senate Finance and Homeland Security Committees, which have been investigating the Biden family business dealings, that they believed Burisma was corrupt and may have made bribery payments to Ukrainian officials while Hunter Biden served on the board.
(More fun: This video has not been censured/deleted recently on YouTube: Somebody must be afraid of the truth. Click the link below to read for yourself. Hopefully this link below will not be censured by Big Tech Fascists for awhile.) 10/31/20: CNN Jake Tapper: Hunter Biden’s arrangement with corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma “does stink": ABC Jake Tapper explains Joe Biden was dispatched to Kiev to fight corruption, “just 3 weeks later, a Ukrainian national gas company, Burisma, who was accused of corruption, promoted Hunter Biden to its board and paid his firm millions of dollars a year.” Hunter Biden had just been discharged from the Navy for testing positive for cocaine, and had no experience in natural gas business.
12/10/20: By Ebony Bowden: According to a Politico report, federal authorities in Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation into hospital business Americore Health and have been asking questions about James Biden’s role in the company.
“There are allegations of securities fraud, money laundering related to Hunter Biden’s Chinese businesses, a crooked hospital deal with Jim Biden, Joe Biden’s brother out in western Pennsylvania. These investigations span multiple jurisdictions.”
“Let me be clear: The intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that, and we have shared no intelligence with Chairman Schiff or any other member of Congress that Hunter Biden’s laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign. It is simply not true,” Ratcliffe said Monday. “And this is exactly what I said I would stop when I became director of national intelligence, and that is people using the intelligence community to leverage some political narrative, and in this case, apparently Chairman Schiff wants anything against his preferred political candidate deemed as not real and is using or attempting to use the intelligence community to say there’s nothing to see here. Don’t drag the intelligence community into this. Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign."
Pinocchio (aka Adam Shiff) is at it again. All of Adam Shiff's lies about Russia, and Clinton and Ukraine and Biden were proven to be lies by years of investigation by the democrat led Mueller's team. Now that more corruption is coming to light Shiff is at it again like a broken psycho. Now he says, “Well, we know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin. … Clearly, the origins of this whole smear are from the Kremlin, and the president is only happy to have Kremlin help in trying to amplify it,” the California Democrat said, adding, “I think we know who the driving force behind this smear has been all along, and it’s been the president and the Kremlin. The Kremlin has an obvious interest in denigrating Joe Biden." So Shiff goes back into delirium once again skipping through the land of fairy dreams.
Nov. 19, 2020: Investigation of Hunter Biden’s influence through foreign business deals that traded his father’s position as V.P. with allegations that Joe Biden personally profited from them will continue, regardless of who is in the Oval Office, according to Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., the chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. “I think when you’ve seen all the activity by Hunter, and you know now it’s been revealed about that V.P. Biden knew about some of this, you’ve got to think there’s additional things to be revealed,” he said. “And that, that, again, continues to be a counterintelligence, extortion threat … [which] could affect our policy towards some of these nations and, in particular, the most concerning one is China.”
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., suggested Hunter Biden should be treated similarly to Paul Manafort,, who was indicted and convicted on tax fraud and conspiracy charges that arose from special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation. “Was he registered as a foreign agent? Did he pay taxes on the money he was kind of getting from what seems like everywhere? Considerable evidence has been gleaned from a laptop Hunter Biden abandoned at a repair shop that was turned over to the FBI. Fox News confirmed U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Russia collusion attack on President Trump is going forward. That could implicate Joe Biden, who was V.P. at the time. The Fox source said the Durham investigation remains “full steam ahead.” Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said there will be more indictments.
Hunter Biden’s ex-business associate Tony Bobulinski accused Democratic nominee Joe Biden of lying about his involvement in his family’s overseas dealings in a stunning appearance just 90 minutes before Thursday evening’s presidential debate. “I have heard Joe Biden say he has never discussed his dealings with Hunter. That is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said following The Post’s bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden’s private emails. So we now know that as President Trump was being impeached for merely *suggesting* the Bidens be investigated for corruption - the FBI was literally investigating the Biden family for criminal activity. Clearly the focus of the investigation needs to continue on the Biden family.
Former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski says he was introduced to Joe Biden by Hunter and they had an hour-long meeting and discussed Biden's business plans with the Chinese, which he says Joe was "plainly familiar at least at a high level." Bobulinski is a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which "was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family." He was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar and released emails and text messages that appear to show Joe Biden's involvement with his son's foreign business dealings. "The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist China," he added. Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, are planning to interview Bobulinksi who agreed to appear for an informal interview by the committees on Friday, October 23, 2020.”
Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Bevan Cooney provided access to 26,000 emails to Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer. These newly obtained emails were first published in a Breitbart News exclusive and lay out in detail how the Democrat presidential nominee’s son and his colleagues used their access to the Obama-Biden administration to arrange private meetings for potential foreign clients and investors at the highest levels in the White House.
A new photograph has emerged of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden posing with Hunter Biden and Kenes Rakishev, a Kazakh oligarch who reportedly worked with the former veep’s scandal-scarred son. The snap, first published by a Kazakhstani anti-corruption website in 2019, follows last week’s bombshell Post exposés detailing Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings and a report claiming Rakishev paid the Biden scion as a go-between to broker US investments.
In 2016, Ukraine Prosecutor General Shokin investigated corruption of Burisma natural gas company, identifying Hunter Biden as the recipient of over $3,000,000 from Burisma. Not wanting this corruption exposed, Joe Biden used $1 billion in US loan guarantees as hostage to force Ukraine into stopping the investigation of his son and Burisma, by demanding Skokin be fired, Ukraine then fired the prosecutor, to stop the investigation.
Do you believe after President Obama put Biden in charge of Ukraine, and Biden's son was dishonorably discharged from the Navy, that a corrupt oil firm would pay him to be a consultant in Ukraine, when he had no experience in oil and did not even speak their language? Do you believe Joe had no idea he got his son a job there?
Joe and Hunter Biden made millions off of deals they made in Russia, Ukraine, and China. Could this be the Russian collusion the Democrats have been looking for? Is Biden in the presidential race to cover up his family and the democrat's corruption? September 24, 2020
Joe Biden's son emerges as an issue in the 2020 campaign, Mike Emanuel reports. September 23, 2020
Project Veritas on Monday evening released undercover video of a Google program manager confirming election interference in favor of Joe Biden.
“When you type in Donald Trump it’s all negative and when you type in Joe Biden it’s all positive,” Project Veritas said to Google program manager Ritesh Lakhkar.
Ritesh Lakhkar responded and said, “It’s skewed by owners and drivers of the algorithm.”
According to the Post, Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.
Senior advisers to Joe Biden reportedly cannot rule out that the former vice president and Democratic White House hopeful met with a top Ukrainianenergy executive, despite carefully-worded rebuttals from his campaign. And so far the Biden campaign has not said that any of this did not happen.
According to the Post, Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.
Most people are missing two key points about the story regarding Hunter Biden’s alleged hard drive. First, the relevant parts of the story are not about Hunter but about his father, Joe. Second, there is a high likelihood that the bulk of the materials from the supposed Biden computer are real. The Biden laptop reportedly contained 40,000 emails, text messages by the thousands, and other documents, most of them with shorthand references, dates, times, nicknames, and financial details. Then there are photos and videos, many clearly private (and sometimes compromising) of Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and their family, all on the same hard drive.
The problem for the Biden's is that the documents on Hunter Biden that Giuliani provided to the New York Post come with receipts, including an official U.S. court filing and embarrassing photographs. Should Joe Biden be asked about that meeting, given he has denied having any involvement at all with his son's overseas business dealings, especially as they pertained to the Obama-Biden administration's successful attempt to pressure Ukraine's government to fire a prosecutor who was investigating Burisma where Biden's son worked?
President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani shared a private text message that he said further highlights the alleged crimes committed by the Biden family. In the latest episode of his podcast Wednesday, Giuliani quoted a message allegedly from Hunter Biden to his daughter Naomi. The emails obtained from Hunter Biden’s hard drive reveal Joe Biden lied about Burisma, and more. The message is allegedly among the tens-of-thousands of texts, emails and photographs found on Hunter’s laptop.
Both Twitter and Facebook took extraordinary censorship against The Post on Wednesday over its exposés about Hunter Biden’s emails — with Twitter baselessly charging that “hacked materials” were used. Isn't this extreme leftist interference with our election?
Fewer than three weeks from a presidential election, perhaps the most vital platform for political news and debate, Twitter, has locked down the accounts of a presidential candidate’s press secretary and of his official campaign, among others, at the behest of activists pretending to be journalists. How is that different than what we see as propaganda in communist countries?
So Twitter allows Iran to threaten Jews, but did not allow his platform to disclose information about Hunter Biden's laptop? Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Wednesday said his platform allows Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, to fulminate against “cancerous” Jews because he wanted to “respect” his “right to speak.”
“We believe it’s important for everyone to hear from global leaders, and we have policies around world leaders,” Dorsey said in testimony before the Senate Commerce Committee, responding to a question from Chairman Roger Wicker (R-MS) about the messages. “We want to make sure we are respecting their right to speak and to publish what they need. But if there is a violation of our terms of service, we want to label it.”
Federal Communications Commission chairman Ajit Pai on Thursday announced plans to “clarify the meaning” of a law that protects tech giants from being held responsible for content posted by their users. Supporters say tech giants should lose protections if they operate as a publisher rather than as a neutral platform. “There’s no precedent in American history for so small a number of corporations to control so large a sphere of human interaction,” Trump said.
“Whether one approves of the information or not, if you selectively suppress information, that’s censorship,” McConnell said. “And in this country, we’ve always advocated a competition of ideas. All the ideas aren’t necessarily good, but you debate them out and you don’t deny people access. So I think what they’re doing is reprehensible.”
Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.
The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.
“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” the email reads.
An earlier email from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf.
The blockbuster correspondence — which flies in the face of Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” — is contained in a massive trove of data recovered from a laptop computer.
The computer was dropped off at a repair shop in Biden’s home state of Delaware in April 2019, according to the store’s owner.
Other material extracted from the computer includes a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.
The customer who brought in the water-damaged MacBook Pro for repair never paid for the service or retrieved it or a hard drive on which its contents were stored, according to the shop owner, who said he tried repeatedly to contact the client.
The shop owner couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden, but said the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after Hunter’s late brother and former Delaware attorney general.
Photos of a Delaware federal subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.
But before turning over the gear, the shop owner says, he made a copy of the hard drive and later gave it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello.
Steve Bannon, former adviser to President Trump, told The Post about the existence of the hard drive in late September and Giuliani provided The Post with a copy of it on Sunday.
Less than eight months after Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then-vice president admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev.
“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden infamously bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018. “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”
Shokin has said that at the time of his firing, in March 2016, he’d made “specific plans” to investigate Burisma that “included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”
Joe Biden has insisted that the US wanted Shokin removed over corruption concerns, which were shared by the European Union.
Meanwhile, an email dated May 12, 2014 — shortly after Hunter Biden joined the Burisma board — shows Pozharskyi attempting to get him to use his political leverage to help the company.
The message had the subject line “urgent issue” and was also sent to Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, who also sat on the Burisma board at the time.
Pozharskyi said that “the representatives of new authorities in power tend to quite aggressively approach N. Z. unofficially with the aim to obtain cash from him.”
N.Z. isn’t identified in the email but appears to be a reference to Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky, whose first name is a Ukrainian version of “Nicholas.”
When the alleged shakedown failed, “they proceeded with concrete actions” in the form of “one or more pretrial proceedings,” Pozharskyi wrote. “We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc .to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions,” he added.
Hunter Biden responded by saying he was with Archer in Doha, Qatar, and asked for more information about “the formal (if any) accusations being made against Burisma.”
“Who is ultimately behind these attacks on the company? Who in the current interim government could put an end to such attacks?” he added.
The exchange came the same day that Burisma announced it had expanded its board of directors by adding Hunter Biden, who was put in charge of its “legal unit and will provide support for the Company among international organizations,” according to a news release that’s since been scrubbed from Burisma’s website.
Hunter Biden actually joined the board in April 2014, according to multiple reports. His lawyer said last year that Hunter was “not a member of the management team,” adding, “At no time was Hunter in charge of the company’s legal affairs.”
About four months after Hunter Biden’s correspondence with Pozharskyi, Archer forwarded Hunter Biden an email chain with the subject line “tax raise impact on Burisma production,” which included Pozharskyi saying that the Ukrainian cabinet had submitted new tax legislation to the country’s parliament. “If enacted, this law would kill the entire private gas production sector in the bud,” Pozharskyi wrote.
In the Sept. 24, 2014, email, Pozharskyi also said he was “going to share this information with the US embassy here in Kyiv, as well as the office of Mr Amos Hochstein in the States.” At the time, Hochstein was the State Department’s newly appointed special envoy and coordinator for international energy affairs.
In December 2017, the Naftogaz Group, Ukraine’s state-owned energy company, announced that Hochstein had joined the company as an independent director, but on Monday he announced his resignation.
“The company has been forced to spend endless amounts of time combating political pressure and efforts by oligarchs to enrich themselves through questionable transactions,” Hochstein wrote in an op-ed published by the Kyiv Post.
In addition to denying that’s he’s spoken to Hunter Biden about his overseas business dealings, Joe Biden has repeatedly denied any conflict of interest or wrongdoing by either of them involving Burisma.
Last February, he got testy during an appearance on NBC’s “Today” show when co-host Savannah Guthrie questioned whether it was “wrong for [Hunter] to take that position, knowing that it was really because that company wanted access to you.”
“Well, that’s not true. You’re saying things you do not know what you’re talking about,” the elder Biden responded.
Last December, Joe Biden also lashed out during a Democratic primary town hall event in Iowa, where a man accused him of sending Hunter to Ukraine “to get a job and work for a gas company, he had no experience with gas or nothing, in order to get access to . . . the president.”
“You’re a damn liar, man. That’s not true and no one has ever said that,” Biden fumed.
Biden then continued berating the man as he stepped forward, called the man “fat” and challenged him to “do push-ups together, man.”
The FBI referred questions about its seizure of the laptop and hard drive to the Delaware US Attorney’s Office, where a spokesperson said, “My office can neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation.”
Hunter Biden’s lawyer refused to comment on the specifics but instead attacked Giuliani.
“He has been pushing widely discredited conspiracy theories about the Biden family, openly relying on actors tied to Russian intelligence,” the lawyer, George R. Mesires, said of Giuliani.
Pozharskyi and the Joe Biden campaign did not return requests for comment. Hochstein could not be reached.

Dear Hunter and Devon,
Following our talks during the visit to the Como Lake and our further discussions, I would like to bring the following situation to your attention.
As previously pointed out on a number of occasions, the representatives of new authorities in power tend to quite aggressively approach N. Z. unofficially with the aim to obtain cash from him. Initially, it was done by the representatives of Svoboda party and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These so called unofficial" communications" would entail blackmailing: in case we don't cooperate i.e. provide money in cash the gaz production business of N.Z. would be stopped, destroyed etc…
It’s important to note that Svoboda party is represented in the government by the General Prosecutor and by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Of Ukraine. The last organ together with the State Geological and Subsurface Survey of Ukraine, which is directly subordinated to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, are principal regulators in the area of issuing licenses for natural resources and control.
After unsuccessful attempts to receive funds from our side, they proceeded with concrete actions.
So far we got information (through unofficial channels) that one or more pretrial proceedings were initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs with regrad to Burima Holdings companies that are heavily engaged in gas production and happen to be our Holdings' key companies.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs contacted the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the State Geological and Subsurface Survey of Ukraine to obtain all documents concerning licenses issued since 2006 until now to the companies of our holding.
Apart from that, they would unofficially approach our partnres, clients, suppliers trying to intimidate them to stop working with our companies.
These are typical instruments to destabilize business. We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc .to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions bearing in mind the following:
Burisma holdings is a leader among private gas producers;
Our primary client is Accelor Mital- Ukraine's biggest metal steel plant. We cover more than 60% of its gas needs.
Our clients and their production are largely dependant on our work and our ability to perfom our contractual obligations;
We employ hundreds of employees etc. and etc.;
Negative influence on our companies may result in multy-level negative social, econimical and political consequnces.
Please advice, looking forward for your reply,
Vadym Pozharskyi
